Alla Posta dei Donini was the summer residence of the Counts of 1600 Donini-Ferretti, of Venetian origin, moved to Umbria where he ran a herd of worms for silk production and realized for the first time the fine silk brocade. Built in the first half of 1600 on the sixteenth-century old cellar currently used as wine store, which recalls the name, Wine 1579, the date of construction thereof. The residence has been remodeled, to be brought in the form in mid-1700. The period residence is situated in the heart of green Umbria, San Martino in Campo, a few miles from Perugia.
