The Hotel was born in 1989 when Massimo Pellegrini decided to change the ancient rural house, dated up 1800, in a country fascinating hotel. It’s possible to have horses lesson and panoramic walk around. There are 14 new apartaments for any kind of needs. In the ancient rural house of Scansano you can discover the maremmana cooking secrets, having a cooking course to learn and prepare the pasta made by your hand, meat and local delicacies.
